Cycling
Jesolo is one of the most bike-friendly towns on the Venetian coast.
Over 500 kilometres of cycle paths connect the sea and the pine forest, the town centre and residential areas, beaches and parks.
A network of completely flat, well-signposted routes designed for those who love exploring by bike without having to worry about traffic.
From the main bus station to the Faro di Piave Vecchia lighthouse, from the Caribe Bay water park to the villages of the Venetian hinterland. You can cycle all the way to Punta Sabbioni and take the ferry across to Venice. You can lose yourself along the paths of the pine forest and stumble upon corners that seem untouched by time. You can reach Caorle (25 km along the coast), Eraclea Mare (12 km through the countryside), or venture as far as Treviso following the paths that run along the rivers.
Or you can simply head to the town market, explore the promenade, or reach the shopping areas without ever getting in the car. Jesolo is a town made to be explored by bike.
At Hotel Picobello Pineta, our city bikes are free to use during your stay. The bikes are always available, with no time restrictions. Take one whenever you like and return it whenever you like. Simply ask at reception, choose your bike and off you go.
If you prefer an electric bike for covering greater distances without the extra effort, e-bikes are available to hire at an additional charge. Perfect for those who want to venture further afield or simply enjoy the scenery without too much exertion. The same pleasure of cycling, with greater range.
If you are travelling with your own bicycle, the one you have ridden for miles, the one you care about, the hotel provides a secure garage where you can leave it safely for the duration of your stay. Completely free of charge, covered, and accessible whenever you need it. Your bike stays sheltered, protected and ready to go whenever you are.
Food that tells the story of the region
Ristorante Poesia is the heart of your dining experience throughout your stay. The kitchen follows Venetian and Italian tradition: dishes that reflect the surrounding region, prepared with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Quality produce, cooking that lets the ingredients shine, authentic flavours.
Each morning starts with a generous breakfast buffet, served from 7:30 to 10:00. In the evening, a fresh vegetable buffet sets the tone before an à la carte menu featuring meat dishes and fresh fish from the Adriatic. The setting is elegant and welcoming.
200 metres from Hotel Picobello Pineta lies our partner beach at Pineta Beach, on the Alessandro Del Piero promenade. Fine golden sand, gently shelving water and plenty of space between the sun loungers.
You can book your spot with a sun umbrella and two loungers directly through the hotel for a daily supplement of €15. A few minutes on foot and you are already settled under your umbrella, ready to enjoy the sea.
The Hotel Picobello Pineta swimming pool sits at the heart of the property, surrounded by greenery. Included in your stay, open from 8:00 to 19:00 and reserved exclusively for guests. Equipped with a seated and reclining hydromassage jets, with a shallow children’s area of 45 cm for the little ones.
