GENERAL INFORMATION

When is the hotel open?

The hotel is open from May to September.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 13:00. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to park, leave your luggage and head straight to the beach. Check-out by 10:00. If you would like to enjoy the beach a little longer or keep the car parked on your departure day, just let our reception team know and we will arrange everything for a supplement.

Is reception open at all times?

Yes, reception is open around the clock, including overnight. Whatever you need, we are here.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The password is available at reception.

How far is the sea from the hotel?

Just 200 metres, a few minutes on foot from Hotel Picobello Pineta to the Alessandro Del Piero promenade.

What is included in the stay?

Swimming pool with hydromassage, free parking, bike hire (first 2 hours free), Wi-Fi and secure bike storage.

How many rooms does the hotel have?

48 rooms: singles, doubles, triples, quadruples and family rooms sleeping up to 5 guests, plus an apartment..

ROOMS AND APARTMENT

How many room types are there?

The hotel offers 6 room types: Single Room (1 guest), Pico Room (2 guests), Love Room (2 guests), Classic Double (2 guests), Triple Room (3 guests) and Quadruple Room (4 guests).
An apartment for up to 4 guests is also available.

What will I find in every room?

Adjustable air conditioning, a complimentary minibar, Wi-Fi, Sky TV with Sky Sport and entertainment channels, safe, private terrace and private bathroom. Daily housekeeping and towel change are included.

Do all rooms have a private terrace?

Yes, all rooms have a private terrace.

How does the air conditioning work?

You can adjust it exactly as you prefer. Instructions are on the back of the room door.

Is the minibar charged separately?

No, the minibar in your room is complimentary.

Is there a safe in the room?

Yes, and we recommend using it at all times. Collect the key from reception: once you have collected it, it remains in your keeping for the duration of your stay.

Which TV channels are available?

Sky TV with Sky Sport and entertainment channels. The full channel list is available in the room.

Is housekeeping daily?

Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay.

How does the towel change work?

To respect the environment and reduce water consumption, simply leave on the floor only the towels you would like changed.

What is the difference between the Pico Room, the Love Room and the Classic Double?

All three are double rooms for 2 guests but with different styles and features. Contact us for the details of each room type.

What is the apartment and where is it located?

The apartment is situated on the first floor of Condominio Airone, very close to of Hotel Picobello Pineta. It is a self-contained property of approximately 50 square metres, sleeping up to 4 guests.

What does the apartment consist of?

A living room with kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom and two terraces. On the ground floor there is a small garden where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the pine forest.

What is included in the apartment?

Air conditioning and heating, washing machine, dishwasher, initial supply of bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen and one parking space. The apartment is handed over clean with fresh sheets and towels. A weekly clean every 7 days is included, with a full linen change.

Can I use the hotel pool if I am staying in the apartment?

Yes, apartment guests are welcome to use the hotel pool.

How much does the beach cost for apartment guests?

The partner beach, Pineta Beach costs €15 per day for a sunshade and two loungers.

Can I request extra services for the apartment?

Yes. Daily housekeeping service: €50 per day from 10:00 to 12:00 (on request). Breakfast at the hotel: €10 per person. Dinner at the hotel: €30 per person.

Can I bring pets to the apartment?

No, pets are not permitted in the apartment.

RESTAURANT POESIA

Is the restaurant open to non-guests?

No, Ristorante Poesia is reserved exclusively for guests of Hotel Picobello Pineta.

What are the restaurant opening hours?

Breakfast: 7:30 to 10:00 in the restaurant (you can also have breakfast at the bar if you prefer). Dinner: 19:30 to 20:30 every evening.

Can I have breakfast at the bar instead of the restaurant?

Yes, if you prefer a slightly later start you can have breakfast at the bar. The main buffet is served in the restaurant.

Can I request a packed snack?

Yes, we can prepare one for you (additional charge). Just ask at reception.

What style of cooking does Ristorante Poesia offer?

Venetian and Italian cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients. Traditional dishes prepared with care, Adriatic fish, carefully selected meat and fresh vegetables.

Can I request a menu for dietary requirements or specific diets?

Yes, simply let us know about any food intolerances, allergies or dietary preferences at the time of booking or directly with our staff, and we will prepare dishes tailored for you.

What will I find at the breakfast buffet?

Homemade cakes, fresh croissants, pastries, biscuits, cereals, muesli, fresh and dried fruit, yoghurt, jams and honey. On the savoury side: white and wholemeal bread, cold cuts, cheeses and scrambled eggs. Coffee, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate and fruit juices.

Can I have dinner if I am on bed and breakfast?

Yes, dinner is available at €30 per person: starter, salad buffet, first course, main course with side dish and dessert (drinks not included).

Are drinks included in half board?

No, drinks are not included.

What does dinner include?

Dinner includes a starter, a fresh vegetable buffet, a first course, a main course with side dish and dessert. Drinks are not included.

Is there a lunch service?

Yes, the bar is open for lunch until 14:00 and again from 17:30, serving pasta dishes, main courses, large salads and light summer plates. Snacks are available throughout the day.

POOL AND BAR

Is the pool open to everyone?

No, the pool is reserved exclusively for guests of Hotel Picobello guests. We do not accept day visitors.

What are the pool opening hours?

The swimming with hydromassage is open every day from 8:00 to 19:00.

Does the pool have a hydromassage?

Yes, the pool has two hydromassage areas: a seated hydromassage and a reclining hydromassage. There is also a children’s area with a depth of 45 cm. Full details are displayed at the pool entrance.

Do I need to book a sun lounger?

No, sun loungers and parasols are freely available to all hotel guests during opening hours.

s the bar open to non-guests?

Yes, the American Bar has an independent entrance and is open to non-guests as well.

What can I order at the bar?

Coffee, cappuccino, freshly squeezed juices, soft drinks, cocktails and aperitifs. For lunch: salads, sandwiches and simple dishes served until 14:00.

Are there shaded areas by the pool?

Yes, the pool is surrounded by the greenery of the pine forest which provides natural shade throughout the day, and parasols are available on the sun loungers.

AFFILIATED BEACH

How far is the beach from the hotel?

200 metres. About two minutes on foot from Hotel Picobello Pineta to the Alessandro Del Piero promenade.

What is the name of the beach club?

Pineta Beach, located on the Alessandro Del Piero promenade.

When is the beach service available?

From mid-May to the end of September.

How much does the beach cost?

€15 per day for a sunshade and two loungers. Bookings can be made directly through the hotel.

What do I need to bring to the beach?

Always bring your beach pass, which will be given to you at the hotel: you will be asked to show it at the beach.

Is the beach included in the room rate?

No, the beach is affiliated but not included. The cost is €15 per day for a full set (sunshade and two loungers).

What activities are available at the beach?

Morning exercise, beach volleyball, pétanque, windsurf and pedalo hire. All activities are optional.

Is the beach suitable for children?

Yes, the sand is fine and perfect for playing, the seabed shelves gently and there is plenty of space.

Should I book the beach in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking your spot directly through the hotel at check-in or before arrival.

Can I change my mind and decide not to go to the beach one day?

Yes, if you prefer the hotel pool on any given day you are welcome to stay on site. The beach is an option, not an obligation.

PARKING AND BICYCLES

Is parking included in the room rate?

Yes, parking is free of charge and included in your stay.

Where can I park?

The hotel has three parking areas: on Viale Oriente (next to the bar), on Via Airone (at the rear of the hotel, with an electric vehicle charging point) and on Via Orsini (one minute on foot, accessed via a remote control available at reception).

Are parking spaces reserved?

Spaces are available but not permanently assigned. During your stay it may occasionally be necessary to move your car to one of the other areas depending on availability.

Is the parking covered or open-air?

It varies by area. Some areas are covered, others are open-air..

Is there an electric vehicle charging point?

Yes, an electric vehicle charging point is available in the Via Airone car park.

Can I park more than one car?

If you need to park more than one car, please contact us before arrival to check availability.

Is bike storage free of charge?

Yes, the secure bike garage is completely free for all hotel guests.

Can I access the bike storage at any time?

Yes, the storage is accessible at any time. Take your bike whenever you need it and bring it back whenever you like.

How does bike hire work?

City bikes are free for the first 2 hours, then €2 per hour. E-bikes are available at an additional charge and must be booked in advance: ask our reception team for details.

Are there cycle paths in Jesolo?

Jesolo has over 500 kilometres of cycle paths connecting the sea, the pine forest, the town centre and the surrounding area. From the hotel you can explore the whole area by bike.

PETS

Which pets are welcome at Hotel Picobello Pineta?

Small and medium-sized dogs and cats.

How much does it cost to bring a pet?

€50 per animal, charged at the end of your stay, for both small and medium-sized pets. It is a one-off charge, not a daily fee.

Can I bring more than one pet?

Yes, but a supplement of €50 applies to each animal. We recommend letting us know at the time of booking.

Can my pet stay in the room with me?

Yes, your pet can stay in the room with you.

Can my dog come into the restaurant?

No, pets are not permitted in the restaurant. You can order room service or eat on the bar terrace.

Can I take my dog to the beach?

Pets are only permitted on authorised free beaches, not at the hotel’s partner beach. For a swim in the sea, Bau Bau Beach is a dedicated beach for dogs in Jesolo.

Does my dog need to be kept on a lead?

Yes, a lead is required in all common areas of the hotel.

What happens if my pet causes damage?

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

Do I need to let someone know when I go out with my pet?

Yes, please notify reception before heading out so that the housekeeping team can clean your room safely.
