Each morning starts with a generous breakfast that gives you the energy to make the most of a day at the beach or out cycling along the paths of Jesolo.
At lunchtime, if you prefer to stay at the hotel, the resto-bar on the newly renovated terrace serves pasta dishes, main courses, hearthy salads, light summer plates and pizza.
In the evening, an à la carte dinner awaits, featuring the classic dishes of the Venetian tradition.

The day begins at Ristorante Poesia with a generous, plentiful breakfast buffet. The kind of breakfast where you will find everything you need to start the day well, where you can choose between sweet and savoury, where nothing is left to chance.

On the sweet table you will find freshly baked croissants with the scent of butter, homemade cakes that change every day and artisan biscuits. There are cereals, muesli and puffed rice cereals for those who prefer something lighter. A selection of jams, local honey, butter. Freshly cut seasonal fruit, dried fruit and yoghurt.
For those who prefer savoury
The savoury table offers white and wholemeal bread, crackers, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Scrambled eggs are served hot, freshly made to order. The light lunch is designed for guests returning from the beach who want a meal that satisfies without weighing them down. Fresh salads made with seasonal ingredients: ripe tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, crisp vegetables and simple dressings that bring out their natural flavours.
Venetian pasta dishes prepared to order: pasta with clams, asparagus risotto in spring, spaghetti with fresh tomato in summer.

The terrace
The terrace is the perfect place for this kind of break: you sit down, order,enjoy something good to eat, rest for half an hour and then carry on with your day. The bar is always open for a coffee, a cold drink or an aperitif.
In the evening, Ristorante Poesia opens for dinner and the atmosphere shifts. The elegant dining room welcomes you with a generous buffet of fresh seasonal vegetables waiting at the entrance: tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, a variety of mixed salads, grilled vegetables.

The pasta and risotto dishes follow the culinary traditions of the region: bigoli with sardines, a Venetian classic where handmade pasta meets the deep flavour of salt-cured sardines. Fish risotto, creamy and full of flavour, made with homemade stock. Pasta with clams, where the freshness of the shellfish makes all the difference. Tagliatelle with ragù, for those who prefer meat. Every dish tells something of the Veneto, its culinary history, its traditions.
Fish from the Adriatic
The fish comes fresh from the Adriatic: sea bass, sea bream, squid, prawns, cuttlefish. The preparations are simple, designed to bring out the freshness of the produce. Fish is grilled, baked or pan-fried, with accompaniments that complement rather than overpower.
